Can I customize my invoices?

Yes! You can send customized invoices to your customers. The available customization options currently include:

Adding your logo to your invoices
Selecting whether to add your bank account details (for payment via bank transfers) or any other local/international payment solution you're using (i.e. Paypal, Cliq, STC Pay, ZainCash, Wise..etc)
Add discount

You can customize your invoices via the “Settings” section in the Banki App:

To add your logo to your invoices: Settings > My Profile > My Logo
To select the payment details that will appear on your invoices: Settings > My Profile > Your Receiving Accounts Information, and add your desired options

*You can add all your customizations options when creating your first invoice in your Banki Invo App. After creating the initial invoice, you will be able to customize every following invoice.

Can I download an invoice from my Banki app?

Yes! you can save any invoice you create with Banki as PDF.

Where can I track my invoices?

You can keep track of your invoices conveniently in the dashboard of Banki App, in the “Invoices” section of the app.

Mark as paid, pending or late, issue corrections, send reminders – manage all your past, pending and future invoices directly from your dashboard.

Is there a limit to the amount of invoices I can send?

There is no limit the amount of invoices you can create and send with Banki App.

Why not just use other platforms or other invoicing templates?

Other platforms are not localized, we help you to generate VAT-compliant invoices in multiple currencies that are accepted in the Arab world.

Do I need to be registered as a company?

Not registered as a company? Not a problem! Banki made it simple for you to send professional invoices to your clients in minutes. You will be able to generate VAT-compliant invoices in multiple currencies within minutes.
