1. Launch your Numa app
2. Navigate to “Tranfers” tab
3. Choose “Whitin Bank”
4. Enter the recipient's bank details (full name & IBAN)
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer

2. Click on "Paypal balance"
3. Click Transfer Money
4. Choose your Numa Card
5. Follow the instructions to complete your withdrawal

How to add your Numa Virtual Prepaid VISA Card to your PayPal account?

1. Sign up or log in to your PayPal account using the app (recommended) or the website
2. Go to your homepage and tap on "Wallet”
3. Click on the "+" icon in the "Banks and Cards" section (labeled as "Link a Card" on desktop)
4. On the "Debit and Credit Cards" screen, select "Visa" as the card type
5. Enter your Numa Virtual Prepaid VISA Card details, including the card number, expiration date, and the three-digit verification number from the back of the card
6. Provide the billing address that matches your card. If it doesn't match, tap the "Enter a new address as Billing Address" button and fill in your information
7. Click the "Add Card" button to complete the process
8. PayPal will send you a confirmation email once your card is successfully added

Do I have to pay to withdraw money from PayPal?

Yes, when withdrawing money from PayPal to your Numa Virtual Prepaid VISA Card, you may be subject to exchange rate fees levied by PayPal, as well as a JOD 3.600 transfer fee per transaction.

However, you won't be charged by Numa for receiving money to your Numa Virtual Prepaid VISA Card.
